Cleaning up Creativity Center

It has come to my attention that the board is very messy, and it seems nobody is listening and they are just posting everything in the main forum. Due to this, I'm going to disable posting to prevent any interference whilst I clean up all the clutter.

I'mma tell you Faltz, there's no real reason to have more than one topic per user in that board.

Also, art threads shouldn't be separated based on fan art, original art, sprites, AMVs etc. There should be just one generic art board. Too many sub-forums induces confusion.

Hence why I will use a Thread Prefix system in order to allow for better organization. But as per 1 topic per user I would agree with, though it'd be tedious to set-up.
