Overflow Bars back

Seeing the large signatures around here that stretched the page were becoming rather bothersome to many, and then again, it also become annoying having a horizontal scroll bar in the browser window because a signature intentionally stretches the page because it's a whopping 400 pixels wide.

You were used to having to use HTML, though now you're going to apply one the easy way-BBCode way.

Well, if i decide to bring back a lot of stuff from the IPB format as well, i'll do so... only at a later date. Not right now, though, 'cause i don't feel like doing so at the moment.
