Welcome to VGLan's first official flash contest. I'll be doing the honor of hosting it.
Now here is how everything is going to work. There will be two divisions for you to enter. One will be for sprite flash artists, who create flash movies using pixel sprites. And the other is for flash artists who draw and animate their movies.
Now here are the rules you must follow if you decide to enter this contest.
1. You can only enter either the sprite division, or the drawn division. You can't do both.
2. Asking for help is forbidden, you must do your own work.
3. No take backs. That means if you enter one division, and then change your mind and go into the other, then you are eliminated.
4. The fan sign goes to the Winner, not the Runner up, etc.
5. You have 35 days starting from now to create your movie. You must submit your finished movie by January 9th, otherwise you won't be accepted.
6. You are not allowed to ask people to vote for you. Likewise if you get any message being asked to vote for a specific member who entered this contest. Must be reported.
7. Do not mock or make fun of other peoples work.
8. If you're going to enter this contest, you must specify which division you're going to enter.
Here are the prizes. (this works the same for both divisions.
First place winner will receive a fan sign made by I-Rock.

And you will get a nice forum pip showing that you've entered and won first place. Plus 50,000,000 points.
The runner up will get 1,000,000 points.
For the sprite artists who don't know how to properly separate each sprite and insert them into flash, I'll be posting a example for you to go with. (Filled with ready to use sprites and a few areas.)
Using it is completely up to you, if you want to go with your own thing then that's fine.
After January 9th everyone will come together and vote for the winner, the voting will go on for one whole day. After which the winners will be announced.
